In August of 2017 I bought a 5 bedroom house on 1.2 acres in Olympia Washington with my partner's and friends.  Our plans have been to renovate the house this beautiful rambler that was severely neglected and to eventually build a second, smaller, house in the front of the property.  This is for a long term investment and we will be renting out the main house for the time being until someday we retire up there. Olympia is a beautiful area! The house is located in the rainforest about a 10 min walk to one of the fingers of the puget sound.  It is a magical area that I fell in love with!  Here is the house as we bought it, as you will see it is in terrible shape.  Lots to do!  I will keep you posted!

The beginning of 2017 was stressful, on top of teaching two photography based classes and running my architectural photography business which was than under my name, Lisa Talbot, I was also property managing 9 residential buildings!  So during Spring Break I decided I needed to go on a vacation.  I wanted beautiful beaches and a place to chill out.  I decided to go to the Dominican Republic.  I stayed at the beautiful all inclusive resort, Sanctuary Cap Cana in Punta Cana.  It was beautiful and oh so relaxing!  Check out some of the pictures of the villa I stayed at!
